Handshake education partner product updates -8th May

Update student default language [Launched: 15th April 2024]

Previously, students were invited to join Handshake in the local language, but now, to support our internationally-focused partners we have introduced the ability for careers teams to set their preferred default language for when they invite students to join Handshake.

Report on languages in Analytics [Launched: 23rd April 2024]

We've made an update to our reports which provides all education partners with the ability build student reports with the following dimensions:

• Created at

• ID

• Name

• Proficiency

• Updated at

• Count

Sign language added to language framework [Launched: 26th April 2024]

Students can now indicate if they can sign any sign languages (including BSL, LSF and DGS) via their Handshake profile. You can report on the languages and student proficiency of these languages in Analytics

Events tab for EDU partners [Launched: 2nd May 2024]

When on an employer page, you now have quick access to past and present data via the "Events tab. With handy filters allowing you to search by event format as well as bulk actions to manage labels, promote via targeted emails and download that event data, the new Events tab helps ensure you have all the high level event engagement data you need when working with an employer

Redesigned Employer search experience [Launched: 2nd May 2024]

Proactively grow your employer network via the updated "Find Employers" page, available via the "Employers" tab. We have created a cleaner interface whilst retaining the existing functionality to filter the employer network by location, size and industry
