Employer Relationship Management—contact updates [Launched: 25th March 2025]

Users can now create a contact record from an employer’s page. Also, users can now manage contact assignments from the employer's People tab, using row actions or bulk actions.

Employer Relationship Management—BCC email analytics [Launched: 25th March 2025]

Emails tracked via BCC can now be reported on under the employer report type in Analytics.

Employer Relationship Management—BCC email [Launched: 3rd March 2025]

External BCC email tracking is now live to all careers services. This new feature allows careers services the ability to track their external email communications in the employer specific activity log within Handshake through the use of a BCC email token.

Advanced fairs [Launched: March 2025]

Advanced fairs is now live to all of our education partners in Europe! With advanced fairs comes a whole host of new functionality that gives careers teams more control and flexibility when it comes to creating engaging career fairs for your students. With advanced fairs comes:

• The ability to create hybrid and multi-day fairs

• Enhancements to 1:1 and group sessions including:

  • The ability to host these in-person or virtually with variable session lengths

  • The ability for universities to edit the location and capacity limits for 1:1 and group sessions

  • The ability to choose when 1:1 session bookings are released to students

• New keynote session type which allows careers services to address all students at a fair.

• More control over the candidate tab visibility and the option to share the candidate list with either all or select employers ahead of the fair commencing.

• The option to disable payment options for fairs to easier management of invoices through external tools.
