Handshake education partner product updates - 8th April
Notes authors in reports [Launched: 21st March 2024]
We've added a new "Notes author" field to analytics to make it easy to report on who created notes associated with appointments, contacts, employers, events, interview schedules, jobs, room only interview schedules, and students.
Reports localisation [Launched: 28th March 2024]
We have made an additional localisation update to our reports to ensure the correct language and terminology for 'Level of study' is displayed across various explores in French, German and UK English. This update will impact the field "Name List" from the dimension 'Level of Study'.
Notes > Staff notes [Launched: 28th March 2024]
We've updated the name of the current 'Notes' tab in Appointments to 'Staff Notes' to reinforce who these notes are for and visible to.
Employer relationship management: Activity log v2 [Launched: 2nd April 2024]
[Beta] We've updated the activity log on employer profile pages to make it more comprehensive and easier to navigate. The updated activity log includes the ability to sort and filter activity types, and also includes automatic tracking of Handshake Targeted Emails your team sends to employer contacts.
The enhanced activity log is live for institutions participating in the employer relationship management beta. It will launch to all partners in the coming weeks.
Collection management page [Launched: 2nd April 2024]
We launched a new page where you can view all of your collections, and the employers you've placed in them. You can see how many student followers and active jobs each employer has, and remove employers from collections too. You can access the new experience via a Collections tab on the lefthand toolbar.
This new hub for collections is the first in a series of updates we're making to collections. This summer, you'll be able to create and manage custom collections that feature both employers and jobs. Stay tuned for more details!
Employer profile jobs tab [Launched: 2nd April 2024]
We've added a new tab to employer profile pages consolidating all jobs an employer has posted—both active and expired. Previously this information was scattered across multiple pages. You can see the job title, job type, when it was opened/closed, and the number of applications at a glance. From there, you can also take further actions like viewing all applicants, managing labels, emailing the job to students, and emailing the job poster.
