Work Authorisation [Launched: May, 2024]

When posting a job, employers are now able to state any work authorisation requirements as well as visa sponsorship eligibility. The addition of work authorisation helps match employers to the right candidates during their career search.

Talent List [Launched: May, 2024]

Talent List which makes it easier for employers to quickly and efficiently filter students on the platform to find the talent that meets their specific needs. Talent List enables employers to filter talent, evaluate candidate profiles, and engage individually and at scale directly within search so as to convert potential applicants sooner.

 Guided Employer Home-Page [Launched: June, 2024]

We released a new look homepage with added functionality to give employers guidance on suggested next steps they can take and also to provide them with tailored notifications to make recruiting on Handshake more efficient. Each user will also have a tailored experience based on role and permissions.

New employer templates management page [Launched: June, 2024]

We’ve introduced a new page to view and manage templates used by employers heading into the Autumn back to uni season. Employers can now see all their templates in one page and easily create, edit, and delete templates.
