Handshake employer product updates - 11th March

Offline QR code check-in [Launched: 5th March 2024]

We have introduced an offline mode for QR code check in so students are able to check in to an event or fair without access to the internet on iOS and Android. This means that employers will have an accurate record of all students who attended their booth at an event or fair, regardless of internet connection.

Updating how we reference candidates in our product [Launched: 5th March 2024]

We have now updated verbiage in the core areas of our employer product, where you had previously seen "students" you will now see "candidates". This language aligns better with how employers use the platform, and is more inclusive for alumni applying to jobs on Handshake.
