New feed experience [Launched: 27th August, 2025]

[UK only] The new feed experience allows employers to share content from either their brand or individual accounts, making it easier to build meaningful connections, share opportunities, and engage students early in their career journey. 

• With this new experience they can also view the feed exactly as students see it, engage in conversations by commenting and replying, and receive notifications when students interact with their posts.

Post composer [Launched: 27th August, 2025]

[UK only] Employers can post directly to the feed using the post composer, helping promote their brand and different opportunities. 

Comments [Launched: 27th August, 2025]

[UK only] Employers can now comment directly on posts and receive replies — helping them engage with students even further. 

Promoting jobs through feed [Launched: 27th August, 2025]

[UK only] At the end of the job posting flow, employers are now prompted to create a post to promote the job in the feed, increasing visibility and helping students discover opportunities more easily.

Brand and events connection [Launched: 22nd August, 2025]

Now, it's even simpler for students to discover new employers at events and career fairs. They can follow their favourite brands directly from the registration page to stay informed. Currently available for in-person and virtual fair types.

Work authorisation in Segments[Launched: 13th August, 2025]

We’ve added a new filter to the Segments feature for employers: Work authorisation. This TES feature helps employers to easily identify and connect with students who have the right to work in the country where they intend to recruit, ensuring a more efficient and targeted recruitment process.

Promote jobs at in-person and virtual career fairs [Launched: August, 2025]

We have now made it possible for employers to feature jobs they're hiring for at career fairs for in-person and virtual fair types as well as advanced fairs.
