Event posting updates [Launched: August 13 2025]

When posting events, the default suggestion is now to share with the open network, helping employers maximise exposure from the start. TES employers can also select both partner and open institutions when choosing specific schools, providing greater flexibility and control over event targeting.

Job posting updates [Launched: August 13 2025]

Employers can now target all institutions—including both partner and open institutions, directly within the job posting flow. A new CTA has also been added on individual job pages, allowing them to easily extend job visibility to the open network and optimise reach.

Institutions page update [Launched August 13 2025]

The ‘Your Institutions’ and ‘More Institutions on Handshake’ lists have been merged into a single, centralised view, making it easier for employers to explore and understand the full Handshake network.

Promoting jobs through events [July 28 2025]

Previously, employers had to manually add job links to event descriptions or mention them in conversation. Now, with the new update, employers can attach up to 15 jobs to any event—making it easier to highlight opportunities and help students come prepared.
