Handshake student product updates—31st January

Institution connections page [Launched: 28th January 2025]

We’ve introduced a new Institution connections page that students can access via their top right navigation tab. Current students will see that they are affiliated with your institution. Those who have created their own accounts will see the status of their request, and have new tools like a quick links to get help and the ability to withdraw an erroneous request.

• Later this year, we will update the account request management page that career centres use to process requests.
