EMP events app improvements

We are enhancing the Events app for Employers with the Events module to improve overall user experience. Updated include:

- The ability to zoom in and out to better review the photos they’ve taken of resumes, etc.

- A fix so that long comments will no longer be cut off when reviewing evaluations in the Events app.
