Student Giveaway tab

[UK only] In the coming weeks we will be adding a new tab to the UK student homepage experience to encourage students to enter our 'Live Rent Free' competition. This 'Giveaway' tab won't impact any product functionality instead, will share more information on how students can participate in the competition.
